About Laura: Voice and Dialect Coach

I was born and raised in Central Florida, USA. In 2014, I moved to London in order to study for my MFA in Vocal Studies at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. It was at Central that I studied with coaches of the highest degree, including Barbara Houseman and Patsy Rodenburg. And Iā€™m proud to say, graduated Royal Central with honours.

Based in London, I have worked internationally in theatre, music and actor training over the past six years. My clients have performed in TV, movies, and award winning theatre.

From 2020-2021, I acted as Resident Voice Coach on Matilda the Musical in the West End. This requires close collaboration with young and experienced actors to work to a West End standard. Most recently, I have been appointed lead voice tutor at Rose Bruford College.

My work also includes working in theatres and drama schools like: Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, Stratford Circus, The Old Red Lion, Opera Tampa, Prague Film School, Florida Opera Theatre, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and Rose Bruford College.
